Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in unused condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of specialty products and 3D printed items, minor cosmetic variations (layer lines, artifacts, etc.) may occur and do not affect functionality.

LED functionality depends on the vehicle's wiring configuration and compatibility with flat 4 pin connectors.

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility prior to purchase.

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non refundable unless required by law.
